THAMES DISTRICT COURT.
■ (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) THAMES, this day. At the District Court, .sitting to day, before District Judge Kettle, an order of discharge from bankruptcy was granted, on the application of J. F. Cardon, bush contractor, Waihi. David Ritchie sued Michael O'Connor, Kuaotunu, for dissolution of partnership, and the filing of accounts. Michael O'Keefs was formally joined in the case as one of tbe partners. There was no appearance of defendant, who forwarded a telegram admitting a liability of thirteen pounds. Judgment was entered for this amount. When costs, etc., were added up, the total came to £14 8/1 more than tbe amount involved. These were given against defendant at £27 8/- in all.
