OLD MASTSK3 PRESENTED. (Received 5.4 a.m.) LONDON, July 16. Sir Dominic Ellis Colnaghi. formerly in the Diplomatic Service, has bequeathed to the National Gallery several pictures by old masters. He has alsn bequeathed the residue o f his estate to x,ne Gallery, subject to the life interest of lib widow. Sir Dominic Colnaghi joined the British Diplomatic Service in I£H52, when he was appointed Consul for Corsica. Later he served at Cyprus, Turin, and Florence, and was subsequently Consul-General for Northern Italy from ISSI-OR, and for Boston from 1596-99, when he retired on a pension.
