Sir Angus Holden is an old member of the. House of Commons, and has been a staunch Liberal supporter for many years. He is the owner of large woollen manufacturing works at Bradford, and is 74 years of age. Mr. John Wynford Philipps has been a member of the House for nearly twenty years.
