EXILED DEPUTIES.
DREADFUL TREATMENT, HERDED Hf ST. PETERSBURG GAOL. (Received 8.30 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, April 2. The Liberals of the Douma have appealed for better treatment for the Social Democrats of the second Douma who were sentenced to exile, but who are still herded ■with murderers and robbers in fit. Petersburg prison owing to the overcrowded state of the Siberian gaols. [The deputies in question are those who signed the Viborg manifesto after the dissolution of the second Douma, and others who were accused of "treasonable practices."]
