CANADIAN MINISTER'S REPORT
(Received 8.40 a_n.) OTTAWA, September 11. The Canadian Minister of the Interior, after visiting Vancouver, states that the feeling against the Japanese is intense, and yet the immigration is quite legal under the recent treaty conceding substantial trade advantages to Canada. The " Toronto Globe" suggests that since the ixojnigration of Japanese into Canada from Honolulu is not under official Japanese control it should be subjected to Canadian authority.
