PEKIN-PARIS RACE.
LONDON, July 12. Prince Borghese, the Italian motor expert, who is leading in the race from Pekin to Paris, has reached Tomsk, an important station on the Siberian Railway, between Irkutsk and Omsk, and about 1100 miles from the European frontier.
