STOCKBROKERS CHARGED.
LONDON, July 12. The firm of Messrs. Starkeji Leverson, and Cooke, stockbrokers, has failed, the liabilities amounting to £200.000. Leverson and Cooke arc being prosecuted for misappropriating clients' securities.
