LONDON, July 10. The King, accompanied by the Queen, laid the foundation-stone of the new building of the University College, North Wales, at Bangor.
[The University College of North Wales is an integral part of the University of Wales, the other constituent colleges of which are the University College of Wales at Aberystwyth and the University College of South Wales and Monmouthshire at Cardiff.]
