GRAND OPERA COMPANY.
A Trace Arranged.
(Received 10.11 a-m.)
SYDNEY, this day.
The principal trouble with the Grand Opera Company arose over Fraulein Anderson, who asserts that her engagement stipulated that she should not sing on successive evenings.
The company managed to give " The Valkyrie " last night. Fraulein Anderson was omitted, Fraulein Kuhake singing " Sieglinde " for the first time in her place.. The difficulties have so far been arranged that the New Zealand tour will not be upset.
