FURTHER CELEBRATIONS.
BUST FOR ADMIRAL TOGO.
LONDON, October 23,
A wreath from the Navy League has been placed on the pedestal of the Nelson column in memory of the Frencli and Spanish sailors who fell at Trafalgar-
_ The Victory's officers on Saturday drank in silence to those who fell in 1805, friend or foe.
* Admiral Seymour, of the British navy, and Captain Mahan (author of "Influence of Sea Power on History?') were present at a dinner of British residents at Boston, U.S.A., on Saturday. The Bishop of Stepney. (pr. Cosmo i-ang) preached an impressive Nelson sermon in St. Paul's Cathedral yesterday. Representatives of the King and Queen, the Prince and Princess of Wales, the Government,. and the Lord Mayor, the sheriffs and the foreign naval attaches were present.
Many pulpit references -were made in all parts.
The British and Foreign Sailors' So eiety has presented to Admiral Togo Nelson's bust carved on Victory's timbers.
In the Trafalgar Day celebrations in Canada on Saturday all races, parties and creeds were united.

OTTAWA, October 23.
Two hundred and fifty Canadian towns enthusiastically celebrated the Nelson centenary regardless of race. The Gover-nor-General (Earl Grey), addressing 5000 children at Ottawa, insisted that Nelson fought and died, not lor the triumph of one race over another, but to avert an immediate and great peril.
