MR. MORLEY ON AMERICAN TARIFF.
LONDON, January 19
Mr. John Morley, speaking at Breehin, outlined the impressions made on his mind in his visit to the United States. He said he ia convinced that the revolt there against high protective tariffs is growing too strong to be long resisted.
