» (By Telegraph.—Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. STATE COAL MINES. The Minister for Mines has introduced a bill to amend the State Coal Mines Act. As the law now stands the manager and other officials of the mines are temporary bands. The bill has been introduced with the object of making their positions permanent.
