REPORTED DISMISSAL OF STAKELBERG.
(Received 9.3 a.m.) BERLIN, August 21. The ''Berliner Tageblatt" is responsible for a report that the Commander-in-Chief, General Kuropatkin, had dismissed from his army General Stakelberg, the commander who was sent south to relieve Port. Arthur, and met with a series of reverses, including his complete overthrow in the battle of Kinchau.
