PROPOSED WIRELESS TELEGRAPH. GERMAN TROOPS TO PREVENT ITS ERECTION. (Received 9.3 a.m.)
LONDON, August 21. The Gci-mans have sent a hundred men fifteen miles to the east of Kiao-chau, in order to prevent the Japanese from erecting wireless telegraph stations in the neighbourhood.
