THE BALTIC SQUADRON.
SAILING IMPROBABLE. (Received 9.3 a.m.) LONDON, August 21. The transports, which were understood to be about to co-operate with tbe Baltic squadron, aud were lying at Sebastopol, ou the Crimean Peninsula, have now returned to Odessa. This move is interpreted to mean that the Baltic squadron vHM not sail for the Far East.
