PAEROA, this day.
Mr E. Brunskillj the well-known carter, accidentally fell whilst returning Ibome, and broke bis right leg below the knee. He was taken to the Thames Hospital yesterday.

On Saturday a man named Peterson fell from a foot-bridge which crosses a stream between the Central Hotel and Moyes' store. The fall was three or four feet into a similar depth of water, and beyond a thorough douche, Peterson was none the worse for the bath.
