TO-DAY'S PROCEEDINGS.

The programme for Monday is as follows:—Their Royal Highnesses leave Te Koraha at a quarter past ten a.m., and proceed to Victoria Square, where the school children hold a demonstration. They then proceed to the camp, and present, the South African war medals to the returned officers, non-commissioned officers, and troopers, of the New Zealand contingents, and colours will be presented to the returned contingents, mounted infantry, and Rough Riders. Their Royal Highnesses then return to Te Koraha. The Government will entertain the veterans and returned contingents at lunch at the Art Gallery. After the review and dinner at Te'Koraha, the Savage Club will entertain the visiting journalists at dinner in the Provincial Chambers.

There was heavy frost this morning and brilliant-sunshine.

THE DUNEDIN PROGRAMME.

There were no illuminations last night, but there was a crowd of people promenading the different streets. There ■will be no curtailment of the Dunedin programme for the lloyal visit.
