DUNEDIN, this day.
On Saturday Southern defeated Alhmabra for the first time for nine years by Bto nil. The win was a very popular one. Union beat Dunedin by 3 to nil. Kaikorai beat Pirates by 8 to 3. Duncan, of the former team had to leave field owingl to an injured
ankle. University beat Zingari-Eich-mond by 15 to 5. O'Brien, late of Wellington and one of Alhambra's best forwards, was ordered off the field in the second spell.
