TELEGRAPHING THE LANDING.
Mr H. F. Seager, officer in charge of the local Telegraph Department, .sends the following paragraph re telegraphing the arrival of their Royal Highnesses: — "The head olliee advises: The word •Landed' will be sent by telegraph immediately the Duke and Duchess land at Auckland, and on receipt of the service the Hags arc to bo immediately hoisted at the oflires and some representative of the public school advised, in order that the school flags may be flown."
