THE CITY ADDRESS.
Last evening the Mayor (Dr. Campbell) interviewed His Excellency the Governor with regard to. the presentation of the city address. His Excellency informed the Mayor that tbe address of welcome from r_ie city would be handed in at the Government platform, the carriages moving away in the direction of Government House promptly at 2 p.m.
