THAMES, this Bay.
Mr. McGov.an, Minister of Mn^a, and Mr. Duncan. Minister of Lands, accompanied by the County and Borough officials, 'left in the s.s. PatiM, for Piako Eiver, up which the steamer will proceed to allow Ministers to sea the district which it is proposed to throw open for settlement. The Patiki is expected to return to Thames about nine this evening.
