As a four year old, he won; the Shorts and the Summer Handicap. , at the Taranaki Hack Meeting, and lateri won the T.J.C. Autumn Handicap. At Eilersiie, he won the St. George's Handicap, and next the Thompson Handicap! (beating: the flying St. Clements), anc. Autumn Handicap, besides the Flying; Handicap. In his five year old season, he won the Spring and Flying Handicaps at Eilersiie, won the Flying at Wanganui, and pulled off the Electric Plate* at weight for age, at Riccarton, doing the--4 furlongs in 474 sec. At Eilersiie, hai won the Railway Handicap. Next season (at 6 years), he won the Shorts att Eilersiie, the Pearce & Hutt Park Spring; Handicaps at Wellington, and also thai Great Autumn Handicap at RiccartOn^. The next season he won the New Zealapdi Cup with 8.6, ran second in the Metro-, oolltan Handicap with 9.7, made Multiform gallop for Vi mile in the Canterbury Cup, carried 9.12 into second placet in the Auckland Cup, was second with. 9.13 in the Wanganui Cup, won the Wellington Thompson Handicap with 10.3-, and finished second with 10.7 in the!
