HIKUTAIA GOLD SYNDICATE.
This company crashed 696 tons of ore for a yield of bullion valued at £230. The Hikutaia Gold Syndicate have met with a shoot ■or g-ood ore in the Payrock lode, Maratoto, and are now engaged upon the development of the same with the object of proving- the extent of the find. The lode is 13 feet wide, and six to eight feet contains payable ore. This find is likely to prove an important one. and is situated on a different section of the company's property to where previous works have been carried on. .
