TALISMAN CONSOLIDATED.
In connection with reports that have been circulating- regarding the value of the Talisman Extended group of properties, New Zealand Talisman shareholders will be pleased to hear that Mr Park informs us in reply to our inquiries that the Anglo-Continental acquired its. interest in these properties on his recommendation at a. time when amalgamation with the New Zealand Talisman or any other company was not thought of, and his report was based on the intrinsic value of the properties alone, he considering" that they had the same potential prospects as the Talisman, whose reefs run directly through the Talisman Extended group. Mr Park further informs us that from its position the Talisman Extended group can b» worked by extending the Talisman levels, and that, consequently, the amalgamation which has been carried by a large majority of shareholders will be of mutual benefit, to both properties.
