A WAIUKU SETTLE P. SERIOUSLY
INJURED

WATUKU, this day
Mr.George MePherson, one of Our local blacksmiths, accidentally shot himself with a repeating rifle this morning. Dr. Clouiston was soon in attendance, and found that the bulletpassed through one lung and lodged behind the back of a rib. MePherson is to be conveyed to the hospital by steamer to-day.
