A man named Charles Boothby was yesterday charged* before Messrs Bryant and Hawken," justices,- .Witcommitting theft from the- person. Accused was found guilty and committed for trial at the next sittings of the Supreme Court; Constable Sefton conducted the case for the police. ' .
