General Otis promised the Filoplnss 'limited autonomy, and warned Aguinnido that he must submit, otherwise he would be arrested.
There is danger that the insurgents Will destroy Hoilo when the American forces.attempt to land. The American 'gunboats Yorktown, Bennington and Princeton have been ordered to join the Philppine squadron.
