LONDON, November 3. The representatives of the employers a,nd workmen, after an interview with Mr C. T. Ritchie, President of the Board of Trade, regard a successful conference on the dispute as unlikely. The employers' list embraces 035 firms. The strikers ai-e making preparations iv continue the struggle.
