THE TRANSVAAL.
PRETORIA, October 23.
The Uitlanders of the Transvaal are indignant over the Industrial Commissioner's report recommending certain tariff and other concessions being shelved, and the Volksraad Committee's report involving £150,000 additional taxation being adopted.
BERLIN, October 23.
A German firm has offered to supply dynamite to the Transvaal at half the present cost of the article in Johannesburg.
