NOTE TO THE UNITED STATES.
UNCLE SAM REBUKED,
MADRID, October 23.
The Spanish Cabinet has despatched a note to the United States Government upholding the sovereignty of Spain in Cuba, and denying the right of the United States to intervene as to the manner in which that sovereignty shall be exercised.
