Alexander McLeod, a debtor under eiSion at the Official Assignee's office stated that he was a carpenter S n t at Papakura. Two -years ago Le took a contract at Kuaotnnu, and resided there till last August He held a residence site on which is a four-roomed house and workshop This asset he estimated^ to _ be wo J £200, subiect to a debt of £-5, for which the "property was given as seeuritv He took a contract last December under the Board of Education for £365 6s 7d. He received £200 on account, but the balance was lodged in Court under the Workman Liens Act Of this £140 remained m the hands of the Clerk of the Court. The debtor set down his liabilities at £272 15s 6d, and assets at £325, consisting of the £140 lodged with the Clerk of the Court.and £ 175 estimated surplus from the property.^
