MEETING OF CREDITORS.
A first meeting of creditors of A. H. Bell, storekeeper, Whangarei, was held yesterday ab the office of the Official Assignee, Auckland. There were present tbe debtor and his solicitor, Mr Biss, and a lnrge number of creditors. The tender of Jas. Harrison, Whangarei, equivalent to 12s O^d in the £ on the estimated value of the assets (£1,228 5s 3d) was accspted by the meeting. Ab this Btage the debtor and his 8-licitor returned and a private telegram from Whangarei bearing on the estate was road by the Official Assignee.
