Aba meeting of shareholders of bhe Tiki licenaed holding, Mr Arthur Wright preaiding, ib was resolved to form a company under the no liability section of the Act, under tho style of tho Gem of the Tiki G.M. Company. The capital of bhe Company was fixed ab £3,000, divided into 60,000 shares ef Is each. The following were elected: — Directors, Messrs T. Henderson, W.Shaw, T. J. Steele, Arthur Wrighb, G. Dunnebb, J. W. Mennie, J. McGregor ; legal manager, C. A. Sfcubbs ; bankers, National Bank; solicitors, Mobbm Jackson and Russell; auditor, C. J Eller

TIERNAN'S FREEHOLD.

At Mr Young's offices, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, yesterday afternoon, it was decided by a meeting of the shareholders in Tiernan'a Freehold Goldmining Company (limited) to voluntarily wind.up the company and for the purpose of carrying this resolution into effect Mr J. Young was .appointed liquidator. Messrs J. Frater and- George Cozens were elected an advisory board to ecb in conjunction with Mr Young in winding up the affaire of the old company. Resolutions were further passed authorising the sale of the company's property to a new company to be formed under tho No Liability Act, with a capital of £6,000-in 60,000 aharea ab 2s each, 30 scares.representing each 1,000 scrip, bo be offered to tho public at £25 per share.

TIKI CONSOLS.

A meeting was held yesterday afternoon at the offices, of Mr W. 0., D«ldy, junr., of shareholders in the Tiki 7 Syndicote. Mr G.. W. Bnsley presided, lb-^was agreed to mako a call on the present shareholders to clear up outstanding accounbs," and iti'was further decided To floab the claim on the market, present shareholders bo receive 65,000 Bhares and £100 caah, and 35,000 chares bo be offered to"the public at £25 per 1,000.

UNION JACK.

Aba meeting of subscribers for chares in the Union Jack Special Claim, at the office of Messrs Cook and Gray yesterdny afternoon, ib was decided to form the claim into a Company, to be called the Union Jock Goldmining Company (No Liability), with a capital of £9.000 in 90,000 shares at 2s each, nil paid up. The first directors of the Company were elected as follow :— Messrs H. Bretb, R. Sbackpole, C. Williamson, W., Johnston, H. C. Choyco and D. Robs ; Mr W. Gray, was appointed legal manager; Mr C. J. Parr, solicibor; National Bank of New Zealand, bankers; Mr F. L. Prime, auditor.

A limited liability company was formed ab Mesara Cook and Cray's office yesberday to work the Mount Catherine property. The capital waa fixed at £4,000 in 80.000 aharea ab Is each, 40,000 shares being fully paid up, and 40.000 paid up to 2d. Mr Wm. Gray was appointed legal manager; Messrs C. J. Sanderson, John Kneebone, J. Morran, W. Edwards, and James Court, directors ; National Bank of New Zealand, bankers; Mr O. B. Waymoubh, auditor; and Messrs Shrewsbury and Baxter, solicitors. j .
