At Mr Young's offices, New Zealand Insurance Buildings, yesterday afternoon, it was decided by a meeting of the shareholders in Tiernan'a Freehold Goldmining Company (limited) to voluntarily wind.up the company and for the purpose of carrying this resolution into effect Mr J. Young was .appointed liquidator. Messrs J. Frater and- George Cozens were elected an advisory board to ecb in conjunction with Mr Young in winding up the affaire of the old company.
