The Gloucester Company being floated in London, referred to in yesterday's cables, is a large area of ground situated at the head of Karaka Creek. It comprises the Lucky Hit), Enterprise, Auckland, Last Chance, and Hong Kong claims.
Waiotahi.—The monthly return from this mine came to hand to-day. 191 tons general stuff were crushed, and produced 2260za 4dvrb melted gold.
