Arable bag been received from England atatifip that the machinery for the Hauraki Reefs Cttep&ny's mine (Pride of Tokatea) is now beiner shipped. ARGOSY (Tairua). The directors of the above company have decided to accept the following terms offered for this property : — Capital, £175,000 ; vendors to receive £1,500 cash and 50,000 fully paid-up shares ; working capital, £40,000; an immediate working capital of £10,000 being guaranteed, £20,600 being guaranteed before issue. CINNABAR COMPANY. Ab the Whangarei Warden's Court on Wednesday Mr R. S. Bush granted a prospecting license for Cinnabar for six months to Mr W. Carter, as Chairman of Puhipuhi Cinnabar Prospecting Association. SCANDINAVIAN. Tho following cablegram has been received by Mr C. J. Hutchinson from London : —" Subject to buyers engineer's report we propose to float on the following terms : — Capital, £110,000 ; working capital, £30,000; vendors to receive, £25,000 fully paid-up sharea and £3,000 cash." The directors of the Scandinavian Company agreed to accepb these terms subject to slight alteration and payment of a deposit. TUI. About a fortnight ago news was published that the Champion mine at Te Aroha had been taken over by a London Company. Farther particulars norr to hand state thab the capital of the new company is £150,000, and that a working capital of £20,000 has already been banked, an additional £10,000 being reserved for a like purpose. An instalment; of £500 has been received in Auckland for immediate development of the ground.
