The crushing for the past month at the above company's battery yielded 2540z of gold from 308 tonß of ore.
TAIRUA SPECIAL CLAIM
The list of applications for shares in the above claim was closed by Meesrs Seaver Broa. at 11 o'clock this morning.
WAIPURU,
At a meeting of shareholders yesterday, it was decided to form the Waipuru G.M. Company (no liability), with a capital of £3,700 in 50,000 shares at Is 6d each, nil paid up. Messrs W. Gorrie, W. S. Wilsoa, James Smith, P. A. Vaile, and E. T. Gould were appointed directors ; Mr H. Gilfillan, legal manager; Mr J. Smailes, auditor ; Mr W. E, Bruce, solicitor; and the Bank of Mew Zealand bank to the Company.
