During the pasb' month the - average number of stamps at work ab the Weihi battery was 87, aa against 80 for the previous crashing. Tho result ir highly satisfactory as 630 tons extra of ore were treated, making a total for the four weeks ending May 2nd, 0f,2,850 tone, which, grave the splendid returnof ill i," 847,'-malting an average value per ton of £4'3e 2d, a slight improvement upon the previous average. Last month the return from 2,220 tons"waa £6,208. This makes a total outpub since January of £41,864. §
