Paeroa, Wednesday,
Tbe following matters were dealb with by the Warden after my wire of yesterday. Surplus ground was granted in bhe following claims :—J. W. Walker, Waitete special claim ; W. Robinson, Emu, ab Waihi ; David Kennedy, Maritana, ab Owbaroa; Thomas O'Toole, General, ab Owharoa; Patrick Hogan, Waihi Golden Pinnacle Exbended ; David Sampson, Waihi Golden Pinnacle; J. I. Odium, Waitekauri Monarch; W. McCormick, Waitekauri Monarch ; J. E. Banks, Komata Proprietary ; James Wilson, VVaihi Golden Pinnacle Extended; R. Roberts, New Caledonia; T. Corbebt, Greab Extended; J. W. Shaw, J. G. Ward, ab Owharoa; W. Hollis, J. G. Ward, ab Owharoa; Clement Comes, Aladdin's Lamp. John Guesb Ralph applied for forfeibure of the Three Sisters claim at Waitekauri, on the ground of nonworking. The defendants were A. and C. Jones, and judgment was for plaintiff, with costs £2 15s.
