Woodstock. —The manager banked 1450z of melted bullion. The No. 2 lode is five feet thick, and carries a fair percentage of gold and silver. Hazelbank. —A drive has been put into the footwall to try if Darby's reef at the No. 1 level had been thrown out). So far the reef has not been cub by this drive. In the stopes above Darby's leader has every appearance of continuing its course through the flat sheet. Colours of gold were seen when breaking down the quartz. Above No. 2 level there iB a slight improvement in the quartz coming to hand. Colours of gold have been more frequently seen there than for some time past. Gold has also been freely seen in the quartz breaking from the cross reef near the winze. Try Fluke.— No. 2 lode continues very small, bub as water ia coming from the face a change may bo at hand. At No. 2 the lode averages lrom three to ten feot in thickneca, but only one foot of it is being saved for crushing. The prospects are much better in the reef below No. 2 level. About 790z of amalgam are on hand from the pktes. Hed Mercury.— Fairly good prospects are obtained from the footwall of the reef ab the intermediate level.
