Ab tho City Court to-day, Richard Horreband was charged with distributing printed papers without an imprint. They had reference to Sir Robert Stout's connection with the Women's Franchise. Messrs Wales and Alexander Burij are named as candidates for tho city. Mr Sligo declined nomination.
