Hamilton, this day. The Hon. Mr Seddon and party lefb by ordinary train to-day for Auckland. Much to Mr Seddon's surprise, no deputations waited on him ; also the Mayor of the borOugh had nob the courtesy co call and Bee him, much to the'annoyance of many burgesses, although a Council meeting was on and all the Councillors were present.:

The Volunteer Hall site question is now considered settled, and it is expected thac the hall will be handed over to the Volunteers, and the Church of England paid off.
