Part of bhe new Governor's luggage arrivod by the direct steamer Rimubaka. :< A correspondent in the «■ Post " suggest-! that bhe coal consumed on the Hinemoa to Sydney for the Governor, would have been better distributed among the poor and needy of Wellington. . ■ ' ' > The "Po'sb" sbabes thab Mr Ballance 8 complaisance to General Booth and readiness to send the Hinemoa to Sydney are probably due to his dosire to obtain a K.C.M.G. ab bhe disbribubion of Birthday honours.
