TAWHIAO'S GRIEVANCES.

Tje Awamutu, this day. On leaving Auckland yesterday, Mr Cadman, Native Minister, had a brief interview with Tawhiao with reference to certain grievances of that rangatira's. Tawhiao wished for a prolonged interview, and asked Mr Cadman to remain till Tuesday.. The Minister, however, could nob do this, and asked Tawhiao to pub his vexed mabters and demands in writing, and be would consider them. This Tawhiao promised to do. In answer to a question about his right to call himself King, Mr Cadman said Tawhiao mighb take what title he pleased so that he kept the law.
