OTAHUHU R.M. COURT.

TfiK following cases were heard yester day :—
George Howard, of T'anmure, was charged with a breach of the Dog Uugistration Act for having a dog unregistered, and was fined Is and costs 17a.
The owner ol lob I'2'2 of the township of H.owick was sued by tho Clerk of the District Koad Board for the sum of £19, being for rates due upon tho said lot, penalty for nllowing furze to grow upon public roads facing the said lot and the cost of removing tho said furze.—Mr Keetley appeared for the Town Board, and explained the various items as claimed.—The Bench gavo judgment by default for all rates due, the cost of removing furze, and also tho cost of Court expenses, bub not the claim for penalty, which was disallowed.
Alfbkd Sturges v. Wtnn* C. S. Gbay.— Claim, £s.—Judgment for the plaintiff, with costs.
Alfred Stukces v. Haeky Hake.— Claim, £3 15». — Judgment was given for plaintiff with costs.
