(BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Dunedin, this day. A - seven-roomed bouse at Broad Bay, owned and occupied by Mrs G. Smith, has been burnt down. lb was insured in the Kew Zealand Office, the houße dnd furniture being covered by a policy for £335.
