IN CHAMBERS.
(Before His Honor Mr Justice Conolly.) Administration.—Letters of adminisbrabioh were granted in fche wills of fche following persona (deceased): —George Clendon and Wm. Mirehouse.
Probate.—Probate was granted to the executors in fche wills of Thos. Ceilings, Mary Caroline, Terence Donelly, James Massey, and Roberb Andrew.
Bluett v. Take TitNui.—Summons to show why proceedings should not be stayed. Mr Napier appeared in support of the summons, and Mr Humphreys againsb. In this case Mr Napier urged bhab the present action could nofc proceed until fche costs in a previous action in which the position of plaintiff ahd defendant was reversed had been paid. His Honor ordered that proceedings should be stayed Until payment of costs in the former acbion, £46 5s 6d, and £2 2s, cosbs of this application.
