THE OSPREY'S MOONLIGHT
EXCURSION,

Dunisdin, this day. A meeting of the Exhibition Commissioners will be held this afternoon, when a full statement of the financial position and prospects of the undertaking will be submitted with the cost of working. The Osprey's moonlight trip to the Heads was a great success. The Caversham Band performed, and danciug waa kept up during the trip. She goes on another trip shortly in consequence of its great success. Tho " Creation " is to be repeated next week.
The Exhibition authorities are adopting stringent measures to prevent exhibitors selling or delivering goods. One persistent exhibitor Was forcibly ejected. Nothing except things made on the premises will be permitted to be sold.
Frank Lincoln's entertainment was fairly patronised last night. Maltby, the bicyclist; gave another successful exhibition, and will shortly secure the concert hall for a future performance.
