FATAL ACCIDENT TO A HORSE-OWNER.
■ Greymouth, this day George Stevenson, of Wanganui, owner o^ racehorses, .was knocked down by an empty truck from the incline this morning, and his thighs crushed from hip to knee, the bones breaking through. Th° left arm was badly injured, and a deep curved wound on the skull four inches longStevenson is in the Hospital and died t,his afternoon.
