(Parnell Orphans' Home, St. Mary's Orphan Home, Prison Gate Brigade and Mr Boynton's Charity Fund) half-a-guinea each, as we consider tha.t the urgent necessities l of many deserving; poor in our community at the present time, worthy 'of particular assistance, so that some pleasurable impression may remain of >a rare and joyful event on the minds of those engaged in what, we fear, cam only be too truly called the weary battle of life.—Yours, &c, Hallenstexn Bros, and Co., per J.
