THE BULGARIAN TROUBLE.
Fighting In Romania. London, September 2nd. It is reported that fighting has occurred at Kustendje, aseoport town of Roumenia on the Black Sea, between a party of Bulgarian LoyalistSj and a regennent of Radomen {sic Roumanians), and that numerous casualties resulted on both sides.
